We didn't designed our Ducati DesertX Top luggage rack to work with pannier racks. 

But, thanks to the Advrider inmate Elmer, it turns out that our it can be installed with Ducati OEM pannier racks.

We fabricated a special mount - add-on for Perun moto Yamaha Tenere 700 Top luggage rack. With is, it is possible to easily integrate Kriega T700 specific OS-base and Perun moto Yamaha Tenere 700 Top luggage rack.

We tested how various Garmin GPS units fit on Ducati DesertX with Perun moto GPS R12 mount - Garmin Montana 6xx, Zumo 396 and Zumo XT. 

Our favorite is ZumoXT, check how it fits on DesertX.

In the user manual that came with the Ducati DesertX, there is no word on how to wire a GPS unit to the bike.

This is how I wired Garmin Zumo XT. It is fairly easy if you have basic soldering skills. 

We are very happy to confirm that all our Yamaha Tenere 700 products fit on World Raid too.
