Shipping and pricing info - International (excl. EU)

A. Shipping options

Worldwide shipping (except EU). 

If you are from the EU, please visit www.perunmoto.eu. 

When order is placed through www.perunmoto.com it will be shipped from Serbia, Europe (Serbia is not EU member).

We use two shipping options, depending on destination country:

1. DHL Express - for majority of counties, we use DHL Express shipping service.

Packages are delivered by the courier. Estimated delivery times, from the moment package is shipped, are 3-5 days for North America and 3-7 days for rest of the World.

If orders are subject to import duties, this can take day or two longer - in this case, local DHL branch may charge their passing-through-customs service - please check with local DHL office before ordering! There are no import fees for US customers. 

In order to keep shipping fees on reasonable level, we ship in bulk, so we ship only once a week - on Tuesdays or Wednesday. 

Tracking number is provided and shipment progress is updated daily.

DHL is not delivering to P.O. Boxes.

DHL cannot ship to Russian Federation.

We don't use DHL for shipping to Israel, due to extremely high brokerage fees of Israeli DHL. 

1. Standard International Shipping  - we use this shipping option only for shipping to Russian Federation. 

Packages are sent via Serbian Post Office, then delivered via national post service at the destination.

Estimated delivery times, from the moment package is shipped, were 7-14 days. At the moment, Post office can't guarantee these shipping time, so please allow up to 45 working days for delivery. 

Orders sent using Standard International Shipping are dispatched within three days upon payment.

Tracking number is provided and shipment can be traced through destination country's Post. Please mind that this tracking is not super-accurate. 

B. Prices

All prices shown on our web site are export prices - without VAT.

Serbian VAT is not calculated for items shipped out of Serbia. 

We use DAP Incoterms for shipping, which means that we are covering transport fees and export clearing fees and buyer is responsible for import fees, duties, VAT, import clearing fees - if applicable. 

For US customers there are no additional fees. 

C. Invoice

All orders are followed with original invoice, stating value of goods + shipping value. Invoice is placed in the package. 

D. Import fees

Perun moto is located in Serbia, Europe. Serbia is not member state of European Union.

We use DAP Incoterms for shipping, which means that we are covering transport fees and export clearing fees and buyer is responsible for import fees, duties, VAT, import clearing fees - if applicable.

Depending on the destination country, some orders can be subject to import fees. Usually there is certain value limit. If the price of the product + shipping is below that limit, there will be no import fees; but if product price + shipping price is above that limit, there will be some import fees (for example, in Magical Republic of Neverland, if value of goods is below 100 USD, nothing is to be paid; if value of goods is between 100 and 200 USD only VAT will be charged; and if value of the goods exceeds 200 USD then 10% duty tax plus VAT is to be paid). These taxes are paid to destination country Customs and this expense is not related to Perun moto.

Please check this before ordering, with destination country Customs or with local DHL office.

Canada - DHL will charge fees to import an item. Fee 1: 2.5% of duties and taxes OR $10. Whichever is greater. Fee 2: $4.25 administration fee if no brokerage account is held with DHL.

Turkey - if declared item value is above 30 EUR order is subject to import fees. The order value above 150 EUR leads to complicated import procedure, as simplified procedure is no longer possible, so be prepared for dealing with import customs. 

United Kingdom - if declared value is below 135 GBP (including shipping), only VAT will be charged or nothing will be charged at all; if declared value is above 135 GBP (including shipping), VAT and duty fee will be charged. 

Israel - according to DHL Israel: A) all shipments to private persons with value less than 75 USD are free from VAT and taxes (but will still have to undergo clearance process which include some fee); B) values up to 999.01 USD - Shipments to companies: company number must be provided. Shipments to individuals: ID/passport number must be provided. Clearance fee from 10-25 USD + VAT and import tax. C) Values up to 99999999.99 USD - Additional delay 0-24 hour(s). Formal limit. Shipments to companies: company number must be provided. Shipments to individuals: ID/passport number must be provided. Clearance fee from 25-50 USD + VAT and import tax.
