Garmin Zumo XT on a Ducati DesertX
Perun moto manufactures a GPS mount for Ducati DesertX.
It provides height adjustable 12 mm bar that can accept various bar clamps.
If you don't have your own already, check Perun moto R12 Bar clamp AMPS which provides M4 threaded holes and can be mounted in horizontal and vertical position.
PRO TIP: tighten the bolts equally, but don't tighten too much - so GPS/phone stays in place but you can still rotate it if needed.
Various GPS units or phone holders can be mounted on this setup, like Garmin Montana 6xx or Garmin Zumo 396. On this bike, most commonly used navigation unit is Garmin Zumo XT.

To mount ZumoXT, or any other Garmin unit, first bolt the appropriate powered cradle to the Perun moto R12 Bar clamp AMPS. Installation is a simple bolt-on procedure.
Secure the cables to the zip-tie slots on the sides of our GPS mount.
Adjust the height of R12 bar to your personal preference...
...and lock the unit in place.
Tilt and height are easily adjustable.
This setup proved to be super-durable, due to billet aluminum parts and stainless steel sides. Yet it provides clean and unobtrusive look.
