Kriega US-20 Drypack on KTM 690 Enduro

A simple tail mounted bag is often the most practical luggage option. Easy to install, offering different capacity to suite many needs. Kriega US-20 Drypack falls somewhere in the middle of size range. 20l is enough for most daily rides, even in varying weather conditions when you need to add or remove clothing layers. Looks good on a KTM 690 Enduro.

The bike is equipped with Perun moto KTM 690 Luggage rack which makes installation of the bag easy. Pre-drilled holes in perfect positions for four Kriega OS-Rack loops. 

OS-Rack loops mount on the underside of our rack. To make the upper surface completely flush, we're using countersunk M6 bolts in the back (these have to be sourced separately, they are not standard part of Kriega OS-Rack loops). There is no need to overtighten these bolts, Hypalon loops should rotate freely. To prevent OS-Rack loops from falling off (happens usually when riding without a bag installed), use a flat washer and M6 nylock nut on the underside. Longer bolts might be needed for this. Or, if this will be your permanent setup, add a drop of mild thread lock to all the bolts.

The Kriega US-20 bag can be mounted either across the seat, as shown in these photos, or lengthwise. Either option works well. Just note that the fuel cap will be blocked. The bag needs to be unbuckled for refueling. Minor inconvenience IMHO.
