Perun moto Tie-down brackets for Aprilia Tuareg - design details

Thanks to Perun moto Top luggage rack for Aprilia Tuareg, adding rack-less bags to the bike is easy. Fix upper straps to the rack, fix lower straps to passenger footrest mounts and you're ready to go. This works perfectly for road riding. However, when you start venturing off-road, passenger footrest mounts become a slight annoyance. I can't tell how many times my calves were hit by them...

Adding newly designed Perun moto Tie-down brackets solves this issue. Additionally, they will help to shave off some weight from the bike, as well as improve the fit of the bags.

Installation is extremely simple and shouldn't take more than couple of minutes. It requires removal of passenger foot peg brackets (two bolts on each side) and bolting the Tie-down brackets in their place. For full installation instructions CLICK HERE. All mounting hardware is included.

Tie-down brackets are super sturdy, milled out off 6mm aluminum-magnesium alloy. Using high quality alloys ensures low weight, around 100g, and longevity.

All of the edges are smooth and chamfered, making them strap friendly. Slots are large enough to fit Kriega G-hooks. Powder coated in mate black, with top of the line IGP Duraface powders.

Tie-down brackets have very slim profile. There is next to zero chance they will interfere with the rider, no matter how aggressively you ride.
