Perun moto BMW F900GS Rackless Supports - Installation Instructions

These Rackless Supports are designed for BMW F900GS. They require Perun moto BMW F900GS Top luggage rack for installation.

Content of the kit

• 2 x Rackless supports 

• 8 x M8 washer - small

• 8 x M8x20 buttonhead TX bolt

• 8 x M8 safety nut

Installation

1. Align the holes of the Rackless supports with holes on the side supports of the Luggage rack. Rackless support goes to the inside, toward the bike.

2. Use provided M8 bolts, nuts and flat washers to install Perun moto Rackless Supports. If you have larger fingers it might be difficult to hold nuts in place. Using a magnet makes it more convenient. Torque to 10-12 Nm.

Note the assembly order in the photo above. Washers go to the outside of luggage rack side supports. Rackless support mounts to the inside.

3. Repeat the same process on the other side.

4. After few rides check the bolts and re-torque to the spec if needed.

IMPORTANT:

We strongly advise to remove Rackless supports from the bike when riding without bags.

Use of heat shield is necessary!
